How We Choose a Site for Development:

We are always looking for suitable sites for development. Below we have listed some of the criteria upon which we evaluate a property.

•    States located west of the Mississippi River
•    5 - 40 acres
•    Zoning - preferably zoned for multifamily housing but we will consider property requiring re-zoning
•    Growth area - the area has not experienced negative growth in the past 10 years
•    Services (e.g., grocery store) a maximum of 3 miles away
